SuitFlow

Formalwear operations software for wedding parties, tailoring, orders, and pickups.

Product case study

A real SaaS product built by Stammen Tech for independent formalwear shops.

SuitFlow is focused on shops that need weddings, measurements, tailoring, special orders, customer replies, and pickups to stay visible from first appointment to final handoff.

It is built to replace wedding-party spreadsheets, sticky notes, separate pickup lists, vendor-order notes, shared inbox confusion, and manual follow-up lists.

The problem

High-stakes seasonal work often runs through tools that were never designed for it.

Formalwear shops coordinate groups, deadlines, measurements, alterations, special orders, vendor timing, customer questions, pickups, and staff handoffs. When that work lives in spreadsheets, notes, disconnected inboxes, and memory, missing details are hard to spot until they are urgent.
